1. Site Prep Clean

When: Bare ground or slab stage.

This clean prepares the site to be safe, clear, and ready for construction to begin. We remove debris and offcuts, tidy the site, and ensure walkways and work areas are clean and accessible. Where a slab is in place, we sweep or blow down the surface. Rubbish removal can also be arranged at this stage if required.

2. Pre-Seal Clean

​

When: Slab down, plumbing roughed in, frame up, and roof on.

This stage prepares the build for the next phase of trades and sealing. The focus is on dirt and dust management to create a clean, workable environment. Tasks may include sweeping, blowing, vacuuming, and mopping as required, along with removing debris and offcuts and managing rubbish.

The goal is to leave the site as a clean, blank canvas — ready for plaster, tiling, cabinetry, flooring, painting, electrical and other finishing trades. This clean can be completed as a one-off or scheduled regularly to maintain a safe, tidy site throughout the build.

3. Post-Trades Clean

​

When: All major trades are complete, with only minor finishes ongoing.

This is a comprehensive clean from floor to ceiling. We remove built-up dust and dirt through thorough vacuuming and mopping, wipe down surfaces, clean windows and tracks, and spot-clean marks on walls and floors (within reason and not involving repairs). This stage significantly transforms the site and prepares it for final presentation.

4. Sparkle / Handover Clean

​

When: Immediately prior to handover.

With the bulk of the work completed during the Post-Trades Clean, this stage is a follow-up presentation clean. It focuses on removing light dust, fingerprints, and marks that may appear after final touches, ensuring the build is fresh, polished, and ready to be confidently handed over.
